Castle Sparkshop: Ignite Your Leadership is a 4-week program designed to rejuvenate and reskill Middle Manager Linchpins. A Sparkshop is a workshop with a spark, to ignite your potential and possibilities. Inspiring people, places and programs to rejuvenate, reward and reskill (stretched thin) managers and teams. The Castle Sparkshop will be held in a private castle in New England. Space is limited. This is followed by four weekly group coaching sessions online. There is a pre and post E-Score analysis. Most companies reimburse their employees for this program.
